Copy Kat Once Again

Kat publishing the results of her Johari Window can only mean 1 thing: It must be time for me to post the results of mine! I was initally surprised that "mature" ranked so high, but then I realized that it was probably just a polite reference to my age. Also, I didn't get as many responses as I'd hoped for (I only heard from 11 people), so those of you who haven't done it yet, please go ahead and fill out the form.

Without further ado, here's my current results:

Well, I couldn't find all the words I wanted...

How are those qualities allocated into their respective windows? How does it know what's known and unknown? Is it just the nature of the qualities, or comparing what you put vs. what your friends put? And then the overlap goes in another corner? Did I forget to read something again?

The words in the arena area are the ones that you and your friends chose. The ones in your blindspot are the words your friends chose but you didn't. The ones that you chose but none of your friends did are in the bottom left, and the rest are in the bottom right. You should make one, too.

Um, I don't know if I want to... Actually, I took a personallity acsessment during the TEFL course. It was a bit more involved than this window what-have-you, but ultimately, there were no surprises.
